Day - 1

Aizawl Airport (AJL) - Hotel (35 kms /1 hrs)

On arrival at Lengpui Airport & transfer to hotel at Aizawl, the state Capital of Mizoram is located at an altitude of 4000 feet above sea level. Surrounded on the east by the deep green valley of river Tlawng and protected by beautiful high hills of Durtlang on the north, it is an ideal hill station for those looking for some fresh air and solitude. Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Aizawl.

Day - 2

Aizawl Local Sightseeing

Start for full day city tour including Mini Zoo Garden, Solomons Temple, Mizoram State Museum (Sunday closed), Folkland Park, KV Paradise and Durtlang Hills,. Evening is kept free for a shopping tour at Luangmual Handicraft Centre, Bara Bazar. Overnight stay at Aizawl.

Day - 3

Excursion to Reieik Tlang (25 Km)

After breakfast full day excursion for Reiek Tlang, It rests at an elevation of 1548 metres overlooking Aizawl and offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the surrounding valleys and hills. On a clear day the plains of Bangladesh can be seen from the top of the hill. Reiek Hill is surrounded by thick lush green temperate trees and bushes. Evening return to Aizawl. Overnight stay at Aizawl.

Day - 4

Excursion to Hmuifang (55 Km One Way)

After early breakfast full day excursion for Hmuifang's (1619 metre). Enroute visit Falkawn to get an experience of typical Mizo village. The hill station is known for its adventure and wildlife related activities which draws many enthusiasts to its hills. It also has beautiful cliffs and offers great views of the surrounding hills. To the nature lovers, the surrounding forests abound with fascinating varieties of flora including rare orchids and wildlife especially avifauna. Evening return back to Aizawl. Overnight stay at Aizawl.

Day - 5

Aizawl to Champhai via Tamdil Lake (215 kms / 8 hrs)

After breakfast leave for Champhai (192kms). Enroute visit Tamdil lake is the largest natural lake in Mizoram surrounded by cool virgin forests. It is an ideal picnic spot for the tourists with the facilities of boating and fishing. Arrive and check in at hotel. Evening free at leisure, get around the town of Champhai. Overnight stay at tourist lodge.

Day - 6

Day excursion to Rih Dil (27 kms / 1 & half hrs)

After breakfast head towards the legendary Rih Dil by crossing another legendary Tiau River at the Myanmar border. It has been the main place for border crossing from both sides. It has now developed into a commercial center, where all kinds of imported goods are available. Zokhawthar, the last Indian border town is a township on the border with Myanmar. You will visit Rih Dil (lake), which is a heart shaped famous lake where our ancestors used to believe a person goes after he died. It is located in Myanmar region. There are many interesting things to do like; boating, lakeside restaurant, trekking, visiting Buddhist's monasteries and others. This is a great opportunity to visit a small village of Myanmar called Rihkhawdar and experience their lifestyle and communicating with the locals. In the afternoon visit Champhai & Hnahlan Grape Winery Ltd. Was established in 2007 and is the first winery in Mizoram. The grapes are locally grown and they have a production unit in Champhai and Hnahlan. Later come back to hotel and evening at leisure. Overnight at tourist lodge.

Day - 7

Champhai to Aizawl (188 kms / 8 hrs)

After breakfast, return to Aizawl. On the way, see the unique Nghah Lou Dawr shops, which are common along the highway near Seling. These stalls are interesting as they do not have any shopkeepers. People pick up vegetables, flowers and forest items and drop the money as per the price list in a container. It shows one of the rare examples of honesty and trust among the Mizo people even today. Reach Aizawl by evening and relax in your comfortable hotel. Overnight stay at hotel

Day - 8

Hotel - Aizawl Airport (AJL) (35 kms /1 hrs)

After breakfast check-out from hotel in time and take the departure transfers to Lengpui Airport for your onward journey.
